Office Manager (Full-Time)
Gentry Academy is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This is a full-time, 200-day position with a work schedule of 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Position Summary
The Office Manager serves as the central point of contact for the school community and is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the front office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Provide confidential administrative support to the leadership team.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Welcome visitors and manage the visitor sign-in/sign-out process.
- Maintain and manage the Student Information System, including lunch account administration.
- Monitor student attendance and assist with truancy tracking.
- Complete state reporting requirements, including MARSS and other Minnesota Department of Education reporting.
- Support the daily needs of the school health office.
- Order, organize, and maintain office supplies.
- Manage deposits, credit card and receipts, and related financial records.
- Coordinate and schedule required school safety drills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous office management experience preferred.
- Experience with MARSS and Minnesota Department of Education reporting preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with students, families, and staff.
